The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the impact organizational culture, motivation, job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Taiyo Sinar Raya Teknik. This is quantitative study. research population consists all employees It uses a probability random sampling technique with 120 participants. Multiple linear regression analysis used analyze collected data. Organizational culture has positive significant effect performance; motivation performance, according findings. shows that have performance.
